The Patient Advocate role focuses on delivering an extraordinary customer experience, assisting the Management Team, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines within the store.

You will engage with customers, explain product benefits, manage orders via the POS, and help keep the dispensary clean, organized, and compliant while upholding a compassionate, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ cannabis retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers on premium cannabis products and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly, escalating to management as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary and stock, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily sales targets through attentive, customer-first service.
• Support management in ensuring procedures comply with regulatory standards.
