Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our dispensary. You will engage customers, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and help ensure orders are processed accurately using POS and inventory systems while following state and company policies.

You will also support the Management Team to maintain a compliant, clean, and welcoming store environment that prioritizes customer care and teamwork.

• Receives, coordinates, and fulfills orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintains dispensary appearance, ensures cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guests.
• Meets daily sales targets through a customer-centric selling approach and product recommendations.
• Supports management to ensure procedures align with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Fosters a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and promotes curiosity about cannabis.
