You will work on a fast-paced retail floor, maintain stock and cleanliness, and operate the POS system while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service in retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with concierge-level customer service and product recommendations.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and promote memberships.
• Operate a POS system and handle cash drawer.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• All other job duties as assigned.
