Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a Shift Lead for our Aspen dispensary to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager with policy adherence and a focus on a welcoming customer experience.

This non-supervisory role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility to cover varied shifts across the week. Join a fast-paced team dedicated to high standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
