Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a General Manager to oversee all dispensary operations at the Aspen location. You will lead with strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize inventory, and drive sales while fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in retail management, preferably cannabis.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated skills in people management and development.
• Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and handling invoices and cash.
• Proficiency with business technologies, hardware, and software, including HR systems, timesheet management, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the dispensary team.
• Ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and customer expectations.
• Oversee product merchandising and store layout.
• Develop and implement staff schedules to meet business needs and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor and improve supply chain logistics to optimize product availability and reduce stockouts.
