Job summary

You will gain subject matter expertise, lead by example, and work toward becoming Assistant General Manager as part of a fast-track development program.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules and regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee staff during payments and discounts.
