Job summary

Green Thumb in Lorain, OH is seeking a Leader in Training to join the leadership team and help deliver memorable customer experiences. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise on the path to Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and contribute to a positive customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience; at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions and drive customer journey.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member cash handling.
