Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the leadership team and rotate through critical dispensary functions, gaining expertise as you prepare for advancement to Assistant General Manager. Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and Cannabis laws

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash integrity.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts for supervision and recognition.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
