Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred; not required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules and Green Thumb policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily dispensary operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Rotate through core functions to gain subject matter expertise and support initiatives.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Support in-store promotions and loyalty goals while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to meet performance expectations.
