Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software experience a plus.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Compliance with cannabis industry regulations.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while ensuring compliance.
• Guide customers through sales and provide product knowledge.
• Keep sales floor stocked and up-to-date with menus.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and prepare for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented environment.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers.
• Respond to inquiries in-store, online, and by phone.
• Accurately handle POS transactions and cash.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and help meet performance goals.
• Verify paperwork and IDs as required.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Report hazards to Store Leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
