Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a dispensary or customer service in cannabis.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Ability to educate customers and team members on cannabis topics.
• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the dispensary as Key Holder.
• Train PSPs and ensure compliant dispensing and payments.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions; prepare daily deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Coordinate staff breaks to maximize customer support.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally and authoritatively.
• Educate customers on products and consumption methods.
• Process sales transactions and manage payments.
