Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (as required by state law).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or a cannabis-related field.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check (as required by state law).
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and register transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliant customer/patient transactions.
• Assist or escalate disgruntled customers/patients to Manager on Duty.
• Take out trash and assist in keeping the sales floor clean.
• Confirm cash register beginning and ending balance of $200.
• Confirm accurate cash drops.
• Parking Lot Sweeps.
• Build online orders (when there is downtime).
• Research current products.
• Clean glass fixtures.
• Assist in Greeter position duties when needed.
• Access patient records with confidentiality.
