Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility using the Arizona Department of Health Services system.
• Direct and check-in customers following state compliance and POS procedures.
• Handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate channels.
• Monitor the lobby and waiting area to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries to the designated locations.
• Maintain an organized workspace and pay attention to detail.
• Update and manage current product menus and listings.
• Ensure compliance with patient records and personally identifiable information.
