Qualifications

• Familiarity with Massachusetts cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Experience with online menu systems or POS systems preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge preferred but training will be provided.
• Experience working in fast-paced or security-focused environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer identification and age in compliance with Massachusetts CCC regulations.
• Manage customer check-in processes with accurate data entry and attention to detail.

• Support managers and staff with operational tasks as needed throughout the shift.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers with general questions.
• Provide accurate information regarding store hours, policies, promotions, and product availability.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and methods of consumption.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while escalating issues when appropriate.
