Job summary

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking a friendly Support Staff member to greet customers, educate on cannabis products, and ensure a positive shopping experience at our Phoenix dispensary.

You will verify IDs, process transactions with our POS system, and keep the store clean and welcoming while supporting teammates in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail exposure is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and methods.
• Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support teammates through clear communication and teamwork.
