Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Strong retail math skills are essential for daily transactions.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.
• Must understand applicable state and local cannabis regulations.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains; train team on product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; communicate with management.
• Assist customers in selecting products considering cannabis consumption methods.
• Complete tasks during shifts: cash handling, POS/data entry, verify deliveries, vault accuracy.
• Ensure operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
