You will mentor staff, manage inventory, and support management with daily tasks to drive a best-in-class customer experience. The position requires leadership, extensive product knowledge, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required in a retail setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong retail math skills and basic computer use.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in retail operations.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and train team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff with management.
