Ayr Wellness is seeking a Dispensary Technician to deliver an exceptional patient experience in our Pennsylvania stores. You will help patients, explain product benefits, and ensure accurate orders via POS and inventory systems while maintaining compliance and a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, 21+ age, and the ability to pass background checks; cannabis experience is a plus.

Competenze

High school diploma/GED required.
1–3 years in retail or customer service; cannabis experience a plus.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Able to pass all background checks.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Must possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems.
Prior experience in a high-volume environment.

Provide patient-focused service by explaining benefits of premium cannabis products.
Resolve patient questions quickly and coordinate with management as needed.
Oversee patient intake and maintain confidential records.
Accurately receive and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems.
