Candidates should have basic math, cash handling, strong communication, and experience with POS/inventory systems; 21+; able to pass background checks; high-volume retail experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass all background checks
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and team members.
• Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining potential benefits of Premium Cannabis products offered.
• Ensures patient questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely; communicates requests to management as needed.
• Oversees patient intake process, ensuring proper records and confidentiality.
• Receives, coordinates, and fulfills patient orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintains an engaging environment, stays active, and ensures dispensary is stocked, clean, and guest-ready.
• Follows compliance practices and prevents diversion of cannabis to unauthorized individuals.
