Job summary

Holistic Health Group is seeking a Customer Service Lead for our MA dispensary to help customers understand and purchase our cannabis products. You will be knowledgeable about product efficacy, effects, aroma, and taste, while providing friendly, compassionate service.

You will support store operations and inventory compliance. The role requires 1–3 years in cannabis retail or related customer service, and a 21+ year age minimum.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced setting.
• Experience with multiple software platforms for communication (phone, email, text).
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Customer-oriented with adaptability to diverse customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with opening and closing store procedures.
• Provide coaching and support to Customer Service Associates.
• Manage customer calls and questions.
• Generate sales including up selling.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using proper methods and tools.
• Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow policies and guidelines for communication.
• Engage with customers and understand individual needs.
• Demonstrate excellent time management.
