One Plant is a licensed cannabis dispensary focused on educating customers while offering a welcoming retail experience. The Floor Lead will serve as the first point of contact, educate shoppers on products, manage the showroom, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close Store.
• Oversee showroom floor and manage employee breaks.
• Assist Inventory with delivery intake and back-stock.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised store environment.
• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Handle cash transactions using POS system accurately.
• Promote current sales and promotions; upsell when appropriate.
• Follow HR policies and store procedures.
