Renew Cannabis Co. seeks a Lead Associate to supervise Dispensary staff and guide customers in selecting medical cannabis products. You will educate patients on product types, uses, and dosing while ensuring accurate transactions and regulatory compliance.

This role requires handling patient registrations, verifying credentials with Metrc and OARRS, and maintaining labeling accuracy. Strong customer service and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background checks and licensing as per Division of Cannabis Control.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read/write/speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Dispensary Associate staff in daily operations.
• Guide customers in selecting medicine and provide product education.
• Handle patient registrations and verify credentials with Metrc and OARRS.
• Ensure labeling, dosing, and dosage guidance comply with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service from entry to purchase exit.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and state laws.
• Assist GM in daily dispensary operations and compliance.
