You will work closely with Flowering Supervisors and Managers to nurture plants from growth through harvest, rotating through transplanting, pruning, trellising, IPM, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, and waste disposal in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ and residing in the USA.
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card obtained on hire.
• 1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a bonus; willing to train.
• Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Desire to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily plant inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, and other concerns.
• Execute plant care processes: pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing according to protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance across growth and harvest stages.
• Keep work area clean and organized; maintain logs relevant to the role.
• Assist with additional tasks to keep the team and department running smoothly.
