Job summary

Parallel is hiring Cultivation Team Members to assist in the growing and cultivation of medical and recreational cannabis. This entry-level, hands-on role supports the Cultivation Department and works in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Massachusetts, you will follow company policies, operate with attention to detail, and collaborate with Supervisors and teammates to ensure timely, compliant plant care from seedlings through flowering.

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• Ability to calculate and record measurements
• Ability to read and interpret directions in English
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to stay focused and task-oriented with minimal oversight
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Extremely detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant cultivation by following policies and procedures and complies with state cannabis regulations
• Collaborates with Cultivation Supervisors and team members on cultivation and production tasks
• Provides water and nutrients to support growth
• Accurately weighs and measures nutrient and water needs
• Assists with transplants/restocking of vegetative rooms and transfers to flowering rooms
• Sets up trellis and secures plant limbs
• Completes logbooks accurately
• Monitors plant weights to ensure proper saturation
• Performs other assigned tasks in the cultivation department
