Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Cultivation Flowering Associate in Holliston, MA to work closely with the Cultivation team from growth to harvest. You will rotate through tasks such as transplanting, pruning, trellising, pest management, harvesting, drying, curing, and waste disposal in a clean indoor environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a willingness to obtain a Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 21+ years old and residing in the USA.
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card obtainable after hire with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily plant inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, and other concerns.
• Perform pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing per protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate logs.
• Support team with additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
