Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Cultivation Flowering Associate at our Georgetown, MA facility to support the Flowering Supervisors and Managers in plant nurturing and management. The role covers transplanting, pruning, trellising, IPM, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying and cleaning.

The position requires 21+ and USA residency, and a genuine interest in horticulture. Weekend/holiday flexibility and full shift availability are expected, with starting pay at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ and USA residence required.
• Dispensing Organization Agent ID obtainable on hire.
• Horticulture/agriculture experience preferred (1+ year).
• Production/manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year).
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Basic math, organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to learn about the plant and processes with teamwork.
• Prefers task-based duties with attention to detail and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pest and disease inspections and monitoring.
• Follow pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing protocols.
• Perform day-to-day plant maintenance through growth, harvest and cure stages.
• Conduct routine cleaning to ensure a tidy work area.
• Update logs related to job scope and assist team as needed.
• Support the team to maintain department and company success.
