Insa Cannabis, located in Easthampton, MA, is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support plant care across all life stages. This entry-level role rotates among a small set of operational areas, performing basic maintenance, transplanting, and harvesting per schedule.

Responsibilities include weighing plants, recording data in state systems, adhering to SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety procedures with PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the manager and perform basic plant care.
• Complete basic maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, and spacing.
• Transplant plants to larger containers using proper techniques.
• Harvest plants according to schedule with accurate weighing and data entry.
• Dispose of plant waste per state regulations and record accordingly.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow PPE procedures.
• Adhere to SOPs and state regulations; support teamwork and timely completion of tasks.
