Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Cultivation Flowering Associate to support the Flowering Supervisor and Manager in growing and nurturing plants. You will help with transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvest-related tasks in a fast-paced cultivation setting.

This on-site role in Massachusetts requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and relocation-ready candidates with horticulture or agriculture experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old and residing in the USA.
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card obtainable upon hire.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• 1+ years horticulture/agriculture experience preferred.
• 1+ years production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvest preparation.
• Follow pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing protocols per company guidelines.
• Perform routine plant maintenance and ensure clean work areas.
• Maintain accurate logs related to job scope and processes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations.
• Adapt to occasional weekend and holiday schedule as needed.
