Renew Cannabis Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Associate to assist the Cultivation team in optimizing plant health and maintaining cultivation standards. The role involves tasks such as plant maintenance, quality checks, and equipment sanitation.

Ideal candidates should be physically fit and possess good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required, with cultivation experience preferred but not necessary. Various schedules are available including day, weekend, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for part of the shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds safely.
• Desire to learn about cannabis cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plants are in optimal health.
