C3 Industries seeks a Budtender in Michigan to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales through product recommendations. You will guide customers in selecting cannabis products that fit their needs, maintain knowledge of brands like Cloud Cover Cannabis, and support daily store operations at High Profile locations.

The role requires 1+ years of customer service, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to meeting KPIs.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Pass background check and be 21 or older.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to customers and make their experience top priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Aid new customers with state forms and update information.
• Keep waiting room tidy and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and proper genetics.
• Process online orders quickly while focusing on customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product, brand, and strain knowledge; stay updated on trends.
• Use and maintain POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, counts, and audits; support management to boost sales and foot traffic.
