Job summary

Lolli & Pops is hiring a Full-time Assistant Manager in Bellevue. You will be a key member of the leadership team, scheduled 32 or more hours per week and eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO, plus a sweet employee discount on treats.

Qualifications

• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members.
• Monitor KPI targets and drive store performance to meet goals.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets.
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize sales through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store including ordering, inventory management and coaching the team.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
