Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve targets.
• Engage guests, drive suggestive selling, sampling and share product knowledge.
• Coach sales skills and lead by example to maximize team performance.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing team members.
• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations including ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Uphold policies and operational directives consistently.
