Responsibilities include coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, managing interview schedules and agendas, posting job descriptions, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, and overseeing background checks while supporting recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and background check systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, and other scheduling tools.
