Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring process in Devens, MA. You will schedule interviews, post jobs to external boards, help manage candidates in the ATS, and greet candidates at the office.

You will collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to ensure a smooth candidate experience, maintain data in Lever, and assist sourcing using creative methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar).

Responsibilities

• Schedule video or on-site interviews for candidates, including arranging any travel.
• Greet and host interviewees as primary day contact at the Devens, MA office.
• Support sourcing efforts using standard tools and creative sources.
• Maintain Lever ATS with data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Meet and greet candidates at our Devens, MA office.
