Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HR experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and reference checks.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation in HRIS.
• Manage I-9s, background checks, and onboarding steps.
• Provide front desk and Careers mailbox support.
• Troubleshoot onboarding or system issues and coordinate with internal teams.
