Blink Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the United States. You will support end-to-end recruitment, schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain candidate records in our systems.

The role emphasizes delivering a positive candidate experience and collaborating with recruiters and managers to optimize scheduling and process efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with ATS, at least 1 year in recruiting coordination or HR, and strong communication

Qualificações

• Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience
• Experience with Google Workspace, including, but not limited to, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
• Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible, able to change direction quickly
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
• Able to handle confidential information and elevate issues when appropriate

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Tracking recruitment activities and assisting with weekly update reports
• Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed
