Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC in San Francisco seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Candidate Experience team for a 12‑month contract‑to‑hire. You will coordinate high‑volume interview schedules, serve as the primary candidate contact, and partner with recruiters and leaders to ensure a polished, efficient journey from submission to hire.

You will navigate complex calendars, implement scalable processes, and uphold data accuracy and compliance in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar high‑volume support role.
• Strong scheduling, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in all candidate and internal interactions.
• Ability to handle confidential talent information with discretion.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset with cross‑functional relationship building.
