Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Candidate Experience team. You will manage high-volume interview scheduling, act as the primary contact for prospective hires, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, high-touch candidate journey.

The role emphasizes calendar navigation, process scalability, data compliance, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles with speed and precision
• Act as a primary point of contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience reflecting Crusoe’s standards and values
• Partner with Recruiters to communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency
• Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes supporting rapid hiring growth
• Maintain job descriptions current and compliant within the ATS and recruiting tools

• This position is intended to be a 12-month contract-to-hire role, dependent on success in role and business need
• Complex Scheduling: Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles with speed and precision
• Candidate Experience: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience that reflects Crusoe’s standards of excellence and values. Partner with Recruiters to communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned
• Proactive Calendar Navigation: Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they become blockers
• Scalable Operational Excellence: Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support Crusoe’s rapid hiring growth and enhance operational efficiency
• Data Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained while upholding data accuracy and compliance within the ATS and additional recruiting tools

• Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow documentation
