Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage candidate and customer experience. You will be the main point of contact for all candidates under consideration, coordinating interviews and travel arrangements as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work in EST. You will interact with management at various levels and support special projects while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in human resources or a business-related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Business judgment aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for both internal and external candidates.
• Prepare interview itineraries for the management team and candidates.
• Arrange travel, including domestic and international flights and car services.
• Organize video conference interviews.Request and prepare interview feedback for management review.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
• Meet company standards for quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis.
• Complete all tasks in compliance with company policies, procedures, and WorldWide Business Standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior.
