Job summary

TraceLink in the United States is seeking a Candidate Experience Associate (Recruiting Coordinator) to ensure a smooth, positive candidate journey from interview scheduling through day one, primarily supporting US hiring with some EMEA coordination.

You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep processes moving, manage offers, onboard new hires, build dashboards in Greenhouse, and explore AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Experience with candidate outreach and scheduling processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for US roles and some EMEA support.
• Manage the offer process accurately and on time.
• Onboard new hires into internal systems ahead of day one.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout hiring.
• Create reports and dashboards in Greenhouse; support audit requirements.
• Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse Recruiting.
• Coordinate interviews using Zoom and Google Calendar; resolve conflicts.
• Contribute ideas to employer branding and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
