Job summary

Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Tokyo office to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to craft a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. You’ll schedule interviews across Go-To-Market teams, support remote and onsite panels, and help keep candidates informed with organized, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with proactive, reliable approach and attention to detail.
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn from feedback and refine processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Calm, steady approach in fast-moving environments; ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism.
• Clear, professional communication representing Notion to a diverse candidate pool.
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English to interact with candidates and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create a candidate experience that reflects Notion.
• Coordinate interviews with care across multiple time zones, supporting Go-To-Market teams and both remote and onsite panels.
• Build recruiting foundations with potential growth into light sourcing, branding projects, and process improvements.
