Job summary

Limit Break is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead growth recruitment for our Tokyo studio. You will partner with multiple recruitment teams to source, engage, and hire top engineering, IT, and design talent.

The role requires 7+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting in high-tech and bilingual Japanese/English communication. You will build pipelines, run interviews, extend offers, and support HR processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English (bilingual).
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter in the high-tech industry.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume hiring.
• High multitasking ability and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidate resumes for jobs in engineering, IT, and design fields.
• Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build a pipeline.
• Search for talented people without being bound by traditional methods.
• Participate in community networking events to promote your employment brand.
• Recruiting, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for appropriate positions.
• Build trusting relationships with both candidates and clients and provide continuous follow-up.
• Creating job postings and proposing and planning recruitment strategies.
• Negotiating employment terms, making an offer, and starting the hiring process.
• Provide HR support to employees as needed.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define and organize hiring requirements.
• Passive talent sourcing
• Act as a recruitment expert, providing support and advice to internal partners.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team, other departments, and the talent operations team.
• Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and relationship building
• Leverage data to support hiring decisions
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle to ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
