Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. You’ll be one of the first touchpoints, scheduling interviews, answering questions, and resolving issues to keep the process organized and respectful.

You’ll collaborate to refine processes so candidates leave excited about what Notion is building, with a role designed for someone early in their recruiting career and opportunities

Competenze

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling.
• Curious and willing to adopt AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person scheduling.

• Schedule a high volume of interviews across non-technical roles.
• Answer questions and resolve issues to support candidates.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a thoughtful candidate experience.
