Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and shapes how candidates experience Notion.

Based in San Francisco or New York City, you’ll schedule interviews, manage a high volume of non-technical roles, and help build durable fundamentals for a scalable recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills – you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills – you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
