Abbott seeks a Screening Sales Representative to drive adoption of cancer screening diagnostics in the Spokane, WA territory. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians and stakeholders, executing strategic territory plans, and collaborating across functions to advance early detection solutions.

Responsibilities include increasing awareness and adoption of Cologuard, analyzing market data, and maintaining compliant CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years relevant professional experience.
• Two years sales or account management experience, or one year sales plus one year healthcare experience, or junior officer military service.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence customers.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record meeting company standards.
• Daily territory travel capability with occasional overnight stays; meets healthcare facility credentialing requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in United States without sponsorship.
• Medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare sales experience preferred; primary care physician customer contact experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase Cologuard awareness, adoption, and sales targets.
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and stakeholders by identifying needs and delivering diagnostic solutions.
• Analyze market data and account insights to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Operations on customer-specific business strategies.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
