Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative for the Spokane, WA territory to advance cancer screening and early detection. You will partner with healthcare providers to raise awareness and adoption of our cancer screening portfolio, including Cologuard®, Cancerguard™, and SimpleScreen, and drive growth through account management and clinical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience or one year of sales plus one year healthcare experience or active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel daily within territory.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements and vaccination/site-specific requirements where applicable.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard while meeting sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators, delivering value-based solutions.
• Analyze local markets, customer data, and insights to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Ops, and Area Managers to maximize account success.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline in CRM while upholding ethics, quality, and compliance.
