Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Screening Sales Representative in Valparaiso, IN within Cancer Diagnostics. You will drive colorectal cancer screening adoption by partnering with healthcare providers to increase Cologuard usage and other diagnostic solutions, building trusted relationships and delivering value across the territory.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute territory plans, document activities in CRM, and ensure ethical, compliant operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Two years of sales/inside sales/account management experience or one year plus healthcare-related experience, or military service as Junior Officer or above.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard while meeting sales objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and other stakeholders.
Analyze local healthcare markets and account insights to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes and system care.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement customer-specific strategies and maximize account success.
