Cadence Innovations Group is seeking a detail-focused Cancellations Payable Clerk in South Jordan, UT, to ensure timely, accurate processing of contract cancellations and vendor payments. You will liaise between internal teams, auto dealers, and lienholders, upholding our standards of service, innovation, and operational excellence.

The role requires prior accounts payable experience, strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy in a high-volume environment.

• Review approved payables and verify amounts for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness.
• Manage contract cancellations with efficiency and consistency, handling a high volume of requests.
• Consistently ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Communicate with automotive dealers and lienholders to obtain necessary documents and confirm payment status.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Work collaboratively as a flexible team player to support department goals and accounting objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyses as needed to support decision-making and operational visibility.

The Cancellations Payable Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of contract cancellations and vendor payments.
