Job summary

Pedder Auto Group in California is seeking a detail-oriented Cancellation Clerk to support dealership operations by processing F&I product cancellations, including warranties, GAP, and service contracts. You will submit cancellation requests to vendors, track status, and ensure refunds and chargebacks are calculated and processed accurately.

Maintain organized records and communicate with customers, lenders, and internal departments throughout the cancellation process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in automotive dealership office, accounting, or contracts processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
