Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support LMS, user accounts, hardware deployment, and networked systems.
• Assist with classroom AV setup and campus event technology.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and software licenses.
• Monitor servers and endpoints for stability and performance.
• Provide on-site IT helpdesk support for students, faculty, staff.
